PARTNER PISTOL SQUAT GAME

  1. The Pistol Squat is an advanced single-leg lower body exercise which increases unilateral leg strength and balance.

  2. The Partner Pistol is a game of strength, balance, coordination and cooperation - it also makes the much more fun!

  3. This partner version involves two people initially standing back-to-back.

  4. Then you interlock arms, with backs connected and lower simultaneously into a crouched position with only one foot on the floor.

  5. Then attempt to stand supporting each other on a single-leg throughout.

  6. To make it easier try to push off the ground each using both feet.

  7. To build up the strength for this make sure you play on your bodyweight squats.
