Primal Play Movement Snack Time.
Try this movement snack which transitions from standing to floor poses and and keep the flow as controlled and graceful as you can for 30-seconds to 1-minute.
Slow and steady but ending with a spring in the step.
Stand to Squat to Bear Pose to Squat to Crab Pose to Squat to Stand
Start in a standing position and lower into a deep squat.
Then transition to a Bear Pose
Then revert back to the squat
Then into a Crab Pose
Back to a Deep Squat and then quickly back to the start position.
