Log Tennis

Here is an outdoor game requiring strength, a log and lots of cooperation. It requires a partner.

  1. Partner up standing at a safe distance.

  2. Get log into a vertical position (make sure you are strong enough to lift this easily individually)

  3. Push log from one person to the other, using both hands to begin with, to catch the log.

  4. Experiment and explore with lunging and squats, alternate between left and right-hand side of the body.

  5. Be safe, use common sense and have fun!
