Bear Shuffle
The Bear Shuffle is a bodyweight exercise related to the Bear Crawl which involves shuffling the knees left to right as you move forward.
It is a total body quadrupedal movement with an additional coordination challenge that will boost cognitive function too!
BEAR SHUFFLE TECHNIQUE
Start in a crouched position and drop onto all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders. Fully extend your arms and rise onto the balls of the feet. Keep your knees off the ground.
Raise your right hand and rotate your hip to the right as you shuffle your left knee to the right-hand side as if almost trying to touch your right elbow.
Then alternate with the opposite arm and knee and repeat as you drive forward.
