BENEFITS OF WALKING IN PEOPLE WITH ADVANCED CANCER
Walking for 30 minutes three times per week could improve the quality of life for people with advanced cancer.
A new study released by the University of Surrey and published in the BMJ Open demonstrated an improvement in physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing for those who increase their levels of physical activity over those who were encouraged to maintain their current level of activity.
