The above Hippocrates' quotes many of us into health and wellbeing are very familiar with. In fact, I've probably seen more social media posts including those quotes than any other. But did you know the first quote probably doesn't even belong to Hippocrates? [1] That's why it's always important to check your sources as well as the true origin or meaning of an oft-quoted, quote.
So there are many quotes of Hippocrates used by nutritionists and other health professionals but what does he have to say about physical activity?
