KANGAROO JUMP

1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at the side.

2. Swing your arms behind you to generate power and long jump as far as you can.

3. Land softly on your feet with control and bend your knees to cushion the impact.

4. Keep it nice and controlled. Don’t jump too high.
