11.00 Elliot Giles - A GB 800m Runner, 5x British Champion and Rio Olympian, Elliot will be talking about a specific element of his training, with a talk titled, 'Optimising your Nervous System for Activity'.
11.20 Lucy Bushnell - A venerable Cranleigh-based personal fitness trainer, sports massage therapist and mother, Lucy also runs boot camps for all and a running club for women. She believes that no matter your size, age or ability, you can live a healthy lifestyle. Her talk title is, 'Healthy: Inside and Out'.
11.40 Darryl Edwards - Darryl Edwards is a Movement Coach, author of the best-selling book “Animal Moves” and thought leader in the area of creativity and innovation in fitness and health. Darryl developed the Primal Play Method™️ to inspire others to make physical activity fun while getting healthier and more robust in the process. His talk is titled, 'Primal Play Method: Movement, Mind & Body'.
